I loved having a refrigerator, coffee, tea-making facilities, and a writing desk in the room, the location was fantastic near outlets, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location very close to the Cleveland Mall with a lot of big named stores, restaurants nearby, and a popular tourist area, could not be better. A wide range of food options just a short walk away 

The room is spacious and relaxing.

Relaxing and clean hotel with great value. Reasonably spacious rooms. Pleasant staff. Wide range of breakfast food, including cookies and bacon. Marvelous and perfect location in a local area. Short walk to Cleveland Mall with a variety of big named stores. Property

The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful. My room was large and equipped with smoke detectors for safety. It also had convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea maker, and a fridge. 

Rooms very comfortable but not worth the price charged.

The price - all prices in this area are unrealistic for such a out of the way location. If I didn't have real estate holdings in the area I would never stay here again.

The staff at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson in Shelby were consistently courteous and pleasant. I enjoyed the king room and the way it was set up. - the bathroom was particularly good, including a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. 

Angie in the dining room was a joy!

My bed was a little harder than I like

The rooms here are so spacious and amazing, plus you get free Wi-Fi 📶. The food is fresh, with a ton of choices to pick from. Also, it's in a perfect spot, right in a popular tourist spot.

The room was wonderful and tidy, the bathroom was in good condition, check-in was early, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring a popular tourist spot, making it an excellent option
